We are currently hiring an HR Supervisor to be based in Jakarta. In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will also play a key role in establishing HR best practices to support business growth in Indonesia.
To qualify, you should have at least 2 years of HR experience—ideally within the automotive, manufacturing, or service industries—and be well-versed in Indonesian labor laws, recruitment processes, and generalist HR functions. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, as the role requires frequent communication with regional teams.
