Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic international tax planning solutions to optimize the company's global tax position

Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and requirements in countries where Xinfei operates

Manage the company's global cash flow and liquidity, including foreign exchange risk management

Establish and maintain financial reporting systems and controls to provide timely and accurate financial data

Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline and standardize financial processes across various markets

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to the leadership team

Liaise with external tax and legal advisors to stay up-to-date on changes in international tax laws and regulations

Support the expansion of Xinfei's business into new international markets by providing financial and tax guidance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in international tax planning and financial management, preferably in a multinational corporation

Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards in various countries and regions

Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

Proven track record of successfully establishing and optimizing financial systems and controls

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
