Job Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and be responsible for the food safety standards of the store. Ensure operational safety, strict cleanliness, and oversee daily management and maintenance.
  2. Strictly manage the store's ordering and inventory to ensure rational stock levels.
  3. Manage store staff, ensuring stability and positivity among employees.
  4. Conduct standard shift management to ensure stable and efficient store operations.
  5. Proactively and reasonably handle store emergencies and be accountable for the outcomes.
  6. Responsible for the store's business targets and the implementation of methods to achieve these goals.
  7. Manage store equipment, goods, and costs, aiming to reduce losses, lower costs, and increase revenue while boosting sales and service performance.
  8. Monitor the store's surrounding commercial environment in real-time. Discuss with superiors and implement appropriate response plans as needed.
  9. Provide targeted training and empowerment to staff based on the store's actual situation, along with selection and evaluation.
  10. Handle other daily tasks within the store.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. High school diploma or above (exception can be made for outstanding candidates), aged between 25-38 years.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in beverage/food/restaurant management. Strong business and overall control capabilities.
  3. Good communication skills and stress resistance. Teamwork spirit and strong personnel management and organizational coordination abilities.
  4. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

Project Experience: Experience in franchise/operational management of well-known restaurant chains, Southeast Asia experience is a plus.

Personality Traits: Strong communication skills, emotionally stable, strong stress resistance.

Special Requirements: Preference for Chinese candidates based in Malaysia with team recruitment and management abilities.
