Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute paid traffic strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and ROI optimization.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, programmatic networks, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan media budgets, set KPIs, and monitor campaign performance daily.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the content, creative, CRM, and product teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign results and generate insights to improve future media planning.
• Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities, including media buying partnerships, affiliates, or influencer amplification.
• Ensure ad campaigns comply with Brazilian regulations regarding gaming and betting promotions.
Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or entertainment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360, etc.
• Proven track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns and managing six-figure budgets.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian digital media landscape and consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English communication skills are a plus.
• Results-driven, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
