Job Title: General Manager (4S Dealership)

Location: Vietnam, Laos, Philippines

Number of Positions: 1-2 per location

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze competitive information, tariff policies, and automotive industry regulations within the region to provide market insights for decision-making.

Analyze market capacity, development trends, consumer habits, price trends, etc. within the region. Propose market development strategies, formulate and execute effective channel planning and layout.

Develop and implement sales volume plans and dealership development plans within the region. Identify potential customers, optimize sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met.

Study competitors' products and sales strategies. Provide recommendations and support for the company's future product strategy based on market analysis.

Propose business policies, service improvements, branding, marketing, and after-sales solutions within the region to enhance brand influence and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Major: English, Marketing, International Trade, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and establishing 4S dealerships for domestic new energy vehicles, preferably with experience in brands like BYD, NIO, etc. Experience in overseas automotive sales is advantageous.

Language Skills: Fluent in English or Vietnamese (both spoken and written).
