👶 Age Group: 2-6 years old

📄 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or a related field

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or with children aged 3-6

Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to provide health report and recommendation letters

First Aid and CPR certification preferred

💼 Responsibilities:

Develop English curriculum and lesson plans in collaboration with a Chinese teacher

Teach children of varying English proficiency levels using diverse strategies

Continually assess student progress and maintain student records

Foster self-esteem, confidence, and autonomy in children, ensuring their safety both indoors and outdoors

Respond to children's individual needs, considering their personality, capability, and cultural differences

Communicate with team members and parents, participate in meetings, and attend regular professional development and training sessions

Create an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere for students
