1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to build fact-based and insight-driven plans that identify the ‘where’ and ‘how’ to successfully grow together with customers in a 3~5 years horizon and build into 12-month plan
2. Lead on Customer Joint Business Planning - to deliver against revenue and margin growth expectations from our key customers
3. Secure World Class execution excellence and customer service with deep understanding of KA customers
4. Establish and facilitate regional collaboration to maximize business potentials as well as build local capabilities
5. Representative of SEAHKT region in Asia Customer Governance Board
6. Manage Coca-Cola stakeholder relationships in both ASP and Great China OU to drive the best out of the system
7. Manage relationships with senior leaders of KA customers
8. Share and learn best practices and continuous improvement with other bottling groups
9. Functional lead on KA in the region with collaboration with each market’ GM and leadership team
10. Establish World Class KA Academy
11. Build KA regional office as the Center of Excellence of HM, CVS and ONPC
12. KA talents and capabilities development
