**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our European team and spearhead the expansion of our food and beverage categories in the Italian market. This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned FMCG professional to drive business and channel development in the local fresh market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the French market, focusing on snacks and beverages.
- Identify and build relationships with key local distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the European team to align sales efforts with regional and global strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of WantWant in the French market.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for growth to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the FMCG sector, particularly in the food and beverage categories.
- Strong understanding of the French market and local consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in French and English.
