Events Manager
Location: Brazil (preferred: Recife)

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events across Brazil, including brand activations, sponsorship appearances, fan experiences, and exclusive VIP events.
• Develop event strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives to enhance user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, partnership, and customer experience teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Identify and manage relationships with event agencies, vendors, venues, influencers, and talent.
• Manage all aspects of event production — budgeting, logistics, staffing, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations for events, including those specific to the gaming industry.
• Measure and report ROI for each event and suggest optimization strategies.
• Represent the brand at industry expos, sponsorship activations (e.g. football or esports), and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or sports sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian event landscape, especially within São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife, and other key cities.
• Experience in executing events at both large and small scale, from conception to execution.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Fluent in Portuguese; English communication skills are a plus.
