工作职责工作职责Job responsibilities:

1、该岗位作为全筑驻米兰本土销售代表,完成相应业务市场拓展与客户关系维护等主要工作;This position serves as the local sales representative of Trendzone in Milano, completing major tasks such as expanding business markets and maintaining customer relationships.

2、熟悉主流意大利装饰工程供应商体系(地暖设备是加分项),拥有这些客户的中高层客户关系资源,具备独立市场开拓和获取新项目的能力;Familiar with mainstream Italy Decoration engineering OEM supplier systems (Underfloor heating equipment),possessing middle and senior level customer relationship resources for these customers, and possessing the ability to independently explore markets and acquire new projects;

3、了解区域内客户的分布以及人员组织架构情况,梳理新、老客户的新业务机会,制定并实施客户开发计划;Understand the distribution of customers within the region and the organizational structure of customer personnel, analyze new business opportunities for new and old customers, and develop and implement customer development plans;

4、负责区域内客户的商务谈判、合同签订、货款回收、以及质量异常协调等工作;Responsible for business negotiations, contract signing, payment collection, and quality exception coordination with customers within the region;

5、定期就工作完成情况及新的工作计划向大客户总监进行汇报;Regularly report to the Sales Director on the completion of work and new work plans;
