6.1 Role
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company's presence in the European market, driving sales and promoting the brand of crane products.
Deeply understand the trends and competitive landscape of the European crane market, collaborate with internal teams, and establish strong partnerships with customers, partners, and industry organizations to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
6.2 Responsibilities
- Analyze the demands, competitive landscape, and development trends of the European crane market, and formulate corresponding marketing strategies and sales plans.
- Set sales targets and budgets for the European market, overseeing implementation to ensure the achievement of sales and profit objectives.
- Lead the sales team, develop sales plans and goals, guide team members to complete sales tasks, and enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, production, supply chain, and customer service departments, to ensure that products and services meet market demand and customer expectations.
- Expand sales channels and customer resources, develop new customers and business opportunities, and enhance the company's visibility and market - share in the European market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, regularly communicate with them to understand their needs and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in marketing activities and exhibitions to enhance the product brand image, increase market influence, and market share.
- Regularly monitor sales data and market feedback, analyze sales performance and market trends, and provide marketing suggestions and improvement proposals.
6.3 Requirements
- in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Rich experience in marketing in the crane industry or related fields, familiar with the European market and crane products.
- Strong abilities in market analysis and formulation of marketing strategies, capable of effectively developing and executing marketing plans.
- Excellent team leadership and management skills, able to motivate team members and improve team performance.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing strong partnerships with customers and partners at various levels.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and market insight, able to grasp market dynamics and make timely decisions.
