Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning, design, development, optimization and operation of the related products of the Indonesian line, to ensure that the products meet the local market demand and regulatory requirements;
2. In-depth study of Indonesia's auto finance market, analysis of competitors' product characteristics, and propose targeted product strategies;
3. Led the communication and collaboration with internal and external teams, including Marketing Department, risk management department, technical department, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of product development;
4. Monitor product operation data, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize product functions and user experience;
5. Follow up the market feedback after the product launch, adjust the product strategy in time, and ensure the market competitiveness of the product; 6. Responsible for team building and talent training to improve the overall team ability and execution.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, management and other related majors, with more than 5 years of financial product planning or management experience;
2. Familiar with Indonesian auto finance market, have in-depth understanding and practical experience of auto loan products;
3. With keen market insight and data analysis ability, can accurately grasp market trends and user needs;
4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills, able to effectively communicate with different departments and promote project progress;
5. Have strong risk awareness and risk management ability to ensure product compliance operation;
6. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to skillfully use English for work communication, Chinese is a plus;
7. International vision and cross-cultural communication skills
