Tobacco Sales Manager

Main Requirements:

  1. Working language: English
  2. Requires over 10 years of experience in tobacco foreign trade
  3. Resources in duty-free shop channels
  4. Needs to be familiar with tobacco sales licenses and policies in the sales region
  5. Can independently decide on the global sales areas for tobacco and must ensure the ability to obtain market sales licenses on their own.

Key responsibilities

Source for sales, exports and travel retail channels globally or regionally and orchestrate all the related Division’s activities, in close cooperation with current product category, sales and marketing organizations.

Ultimately responsible for the development of markets / channels penetrated by maximizing market share and sales growth per agreed profitability requirements, optimize go-to-market strategy, through market intelligence: support the development of a tailor-made product offering consisting of global and regionally sourced products and provide customers with best in class support and customer satisfaction while minimizing our end-to-end cost-to-serve. Implement Sales forecasting and demand planning cycles to drive efficient inventory management.

1.Develop and retain customer relationships to build long-term profitable partnerships

2. Provide customers best in class service and support (including market operations)

3.Effectively manage sales companies and the distributor network and prioritize investments and activities to maximize total impact
