Thailand Manufacturing Factory Director

1. Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and improve management systems and processes according to the company's operation and management needs;

2. Responsible for factory infrastructure, equipment installation, personnel training, etc., to ensure that the factory is put into production on time;

3. Responsible for the daily operations of the factory and completing the company's established production goals;

4. Responsible for the construction of the talent echelon of the team, including personnel training, performance evaluation, and employee relationship management;

5. Report monthly work status to the head office every month and submit annual summary.

2. Qualifications

1. Full-time college/bachelor degree, majoring in polymer, materials, chemistry or related majors is preferred;

2. More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management positions. Priority will be given to those with experience in general management positions such as general assistant or director assistant;

3. Strong communication skills, good cost awareness, and good process and system construction capabilities;

4. Familiar with Thailand’s local environment, laws and regulations, and fluent in Chinese and Thai (or English);

500,000 per year, of which benefits are subject to the system released by the company.

一、岗位职责
1、根据公司经营管理需要，建立健全管理制度、流程；
2、负责厂房基建、设备安装、人员培训等工作，确保工厂按时投量；
3、负责工厂日常运营，完成公司既定的生产目标；
4、负责所属团队人才梯队建设，包括人员培养、绩效评价、员工关系管理；
5、每月向总公司汇报月度工作情况，提交年度总结。
二、任职资格
1、全日制大专/本科学历，高分子、材料、化学相关专业优先；
2、5年以上制造业生产管理岗经验，有总助或者董助等综合管理岗位经历优先考虑；
3、沟通能力强，有良好的成本意识，具备良好的流程制度建设能力；
4、熟悉泰国当地环境及法律法规，中文、泰语（或英语）流利；
三、薪资预算（人民币）
年度50万，其中福利按照公司陆续发布的制度为准。
