Job responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the formulation and implementation of the company's strategic sales plan to ensure the effectiveness of brand marketing communication, so as to achieve the established sales objectives.

2. Actively expand new customer groups, actively seek cooperation opportunities for new product projects, and in-depth analysis of potential product demand and customer demand.

3. Work closely with the product development team, participate in the development and management of new products, respond to technical and business issues in a timely manner, and ensure the docking of products with market demands.

4. Participate in the preparation of bidding technical documents, ensure the professionalism and competitiveness of the documents, and provide strong support for the company's project bidding.

5. Continue to pay attention to market dynamics, analyze competitors' marketing strategies, and ensure that the company's marketing strategies remain in the lead and have market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or master degree in business, marketing, electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial or related fields, with solid professional basic knowledge and theoretical literacy.

2. Positive personality, clear goal orientation, full of enthusiasm for sales work, with strong communication skills and team spirit.

3. With rich industry experience, familiar with sales process and market operation law, able to effectively achieve sales objectives, with excellent performance record.

4. Able to accept the work arrangement of frequent overseas business trips, with strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure.

5. Fluent in English and Indonesian, able to conduct business communication and negotiation without barriers, fluent in Chinese is preferred.
