Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall sales strategy planning and implementation of the business related to on-board loan offsetting in Indonesia line to ensure the achievement of sales targets;
2. Built and managed the sales team, including recruitment, training, motivation and performance evaluation, and improved the overall sales ability of the team;
3. In-depth analysis of market trends and customer needs, formulation of targeted sales strategies and product solutions to promote rapid sales growth;
4. Establish and maintain good business relations with partners to jointly develop market and customer resources;
5. Monitor sales data and performance indicators, regularly report sales progress and performance to superiors, and provide data support for decision-making; 6. Pay attention to market dynamics and competitors' sales strategies, adjust and optimize the company's sales strategies in time.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, marketing, management and other related majors, with more than 5 years of car loan business product sales or related management experience;
2. Have a deep understanding of Indonesia's auto loan market, familiar with sales processes and strategies, and have certain industry resources and interpersonal relationships;
3. With excellent sales skills and negotiation ability, able to establish good cooperative relations with customers and partners;
4. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members;
5. Keen market insight and analytical ability, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs;
6. Proficient in English for work communication, good cross-cultural communication skills, Chinese is a plus;
7. Indonesians or those who have lived there for a long time and have a deep understanding of the local culture and market environment are preferred.
