Job Description:

Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.

Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts, and expediting accounts receivable.

Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.

Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans.

Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.

Maintains positive, ongoing, long-term relationships with key customers.

Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, able to handle leads independently.

Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives. Solves some non-routine issues, challenges, and problems within the field of specialization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in electronics, semiconductor, communication, instrumentation, measurement and testing, or related fields.

Typically 3-5 years relevant experience, working background in optical communication & IC industry is preferred.

General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish the job.

Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good communication ability.
