Job Responsibilities:
1. Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training.
2. Answering consulting phone call, Reply the e-mails for customer support.
3. Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting. Inverter replacement, defect inverter trouble shooting and able to do site visit when needed.
4. Collect clear after-sales support cases Data and report to leader.
5. Responsible for after sales support activity in Particular Region.
6. Other team work assigned from team leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor or above in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors.
2. Fluency in Thai and English is a must; Chinese is a plus.
3. Have at least 5 years of successful after-sales or Technical Support experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems.
4. Energetic professional who may travel a lot.
