- Establishing and implementing a sales strategy to expand new market and high level customers, collecting key information base in Russia
- Design and implement market development strategies, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, standardize sales processes, and achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers in Russia, gaining the ideas and needs of customers about the clothing trends, products research and development, order producing, etc..
- Identifying new market opportunities and developing business strategies.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of relevant market policies, conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide strategic basis and data support for the company's business development and new product development.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions in Russia market, collect industry information, and expand business channels.
- Working closely with our Chinese merchandiser teams, showing and recommending the clothing products and the entire force of our company to customers to get orders from them successfully in Russia.
- Building and overseeing the development of our organizational structure in Russia.
