CCU Bank Komersial adalah sebuah bank komersial berlesen penuh yang dimiliki oleh Kongsi Pelaburan Kemboja. Bank kami memperoleh lesen rasmi dari Bank Pusat Kemboja pada April 2022. Pada masa ini, ibu pejabat kami terletak di Jalan Monivong, Daerah Boeung Prolit, Kawasan Sangkat Phsar Daeum Thkov, Bandar Raya Phnom Penh.

1.负责根据全行经营方针,制定和落实本行品牌发展战略及品牌形象;负责品牌体系架构的制定及动态修订;负责制定对内和对外品牌标识相关规章制度;
2.负责制定相应的品牌策略和推广计划并执行,包括大型公司品牌活动管理、第三方赞助活动和冠名活动、社交媒体品牌传播策略等;
3.负责银行品牌正面积极的推广和传播,制定策略促进本行品牌在本地的影响力,将品牌形象落实于销售、客服、产品、活动、渠道、终端等,针对目标受众,建立起在业内有影响力的品牌形象;
4.负责本行官方网站的品牌管理,和技术部门、业务部门以及相关支持部门通力协作,支持本行网站的更新;
5.负责建设本行企业文化,确保公司品牌及核心价值观在内部的传达;
6.负责与内部各部门的相关合作,协助和支持各部门品牌市场活动的顺利进行,特别是客户活动和雇主品牌相关的传播与活动,确保品牌标识和品牌规范的正确运用;定期组织培训和交流;
7.负责管理企业社会责任项目,开展企业社会责任活动,并且结合本行社会责任活动制定相关品牌策略;
8.负责社交媒体管理,利用社交平台进行有效的企业品牌传播活动,提升本行的品牌形象;关注社交媒体趋势;
9.负责所有对外传播内容(如海报、音频、视频、软文等宣传资料)的指导、发布和合规性审核;
10.负责品牌创意合作体系的搭建,牵头引进符合行内品牌形象建设和推广要求的合作公司,协同日常需求管理;
11.完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
1.全日制本科及以上学历,经济、传媒、工商管理等专业;
2.年龄在45周岁(含)以下;
3.英语流利(日常工作交流和使用);
4.具有3年及以上品牌、公共关系和文化传播工作经验;有银行/保险等金融相关经验优先;
5.与本行有相同的价值观;具备结构化思维及极强的创意策划能力,熟悉品牌营销理论,能独立完成项目策划;
6.思维敏捷,具有较强的理解表达、沟通协调和分析判断能力;具有高度的责任心和团队合作精神,良好的职业道德和个人修养,热爱传播工作、热爱学习新事物;
7.身体健康、品行端正、廉洁敬业,无违法违纪和不良记录
市场品牌主管 Marketing brand executive/manager(bank) :
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the bank's brand development strategy and brand image according to the bank's business policy; Responsible for the formulation and dynamic revision of brand system architecture; Responsible for the development of internal and external brand identity related rules and regulations;
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of corresponding brand strategies and promotion plans, including the management of large-scale corporate brand activities, third-party sponsored activities and naming activities, and social media brand communication strategies;
3. Responsible for the positive promotion and communication of the bank's brand, formulate strategies to promote the local influence of the bank's brand, implement the brand image in sales, customer service, products, activities, channels, terminals, etc., and establish an influential brand image in the industry for the target audience;
4. Responsible for the brand management of the Bank's official website, and cooperate with technical departments, business departments and related support departments to support the update of the Bank's website;
5. Responsible for building the corporate culture of the bank and ensuring the internal communication of the company's brand and core values;
6. Responsible for the cooperation with various internal departments, assisting and supporting the smooth implementation of brand marketing activities of each department, especially the communication and activities related to customer activities and employer brands, ensuring the correct application of brand identity and brand norms; Organize regular training and exchanges;
7. Responsible for managing corporate social responsibility projects, carrying out corporate social responsibility activities, and formulating related brand strategies based on the bank's social responsibility activities;
8. Responsible for social media management, using social platforms to carry out effective corporate brand communication activities and enhance the brand image of the bank; Follow social media trends;
9. Responsible for the guidance, release and compliance review of all external communication content (such as posters, audio, video, advertorials and other promotional materials);
10. Responsible for the establishment of brand creative cooperation system, lead the introduction of cooperative companies that meet the requirements of brand image construction and promotion in the industry, and coordinate daily demand management;
任职要求:
At least 3 years experience in branding, public relations and cultural communication; Banking/insurance related financial experience is preferred;
Share the same values as the firm; With structured thinking and strong creative planning ability, familiar with brand marketing theory, able to independently complete project planning
