Position: Business Development Manager/ Director (Europe)

Job Overview

This newly created role is critical to driving business growth in the European market, with a focus on securing and managing key projects in Spain, Germany, and Switzerland. Reporting to the Sales VP, the Business Development Manager will develop and expand the company's presence, building strong client relationships and closing high-value deals.

Location: Flexible, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity at the Munich office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the European market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on key accounts in Spain, Germany, and Switzerland.
  • Secure and manage key projects, ensuring successful onboarding and execution within the first year.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the 2B e-bike, motorcycle, industrial products, or other relevant industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to regional business expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized universities
  • Proven sales experience within the 2B e-bike, motorcycle, industrial products, or related industries.
  • Established network within the 2B e-bike industry is a significant plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
