Key Responsibilities
• Analyze the full conversion funnel (landing > registration > KYC > deposit > first bet) to
identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and execute CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies using A/B testing,
behavioral insights, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Paid Media, and CRM teams to improve user flows,
onboarding journeys, and landing page effectiveness.
• Monitor daily KPIs such as registration rates, activation rates, deposit rates, and bounce/drop-
off rates.
• Own the testing roadmap (copy, CTAs, layouts, funnel structure) and continuously optimize
based on performance data.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar to track user behavior and
identify actionable insights.
• Ensure seamless cross-device and cross-channel experience from ad click to product usage.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor tactics to improve our own conversion
strategy.
Requirements
• 3‒5 years of experience in conversion optimization, growth marketing, or performance
analytics, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or digital services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
• Understanding of UX principles and how design impacts behavior and retention.
• Experience working in fast-paced, test-driven environments.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English communication skills are a plus.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on performance metrics.
