Product Designer
Location: Brazil (preferred: Recife)

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile platforms.
• Focus on improving the user experience (UX) through efficient and engaging design solutions that meet both business objectives and player needs.
• Design and prototype new features and flows, working through all phases of the product lifecycle (from ideation to final implementation).
• Ensure the design is consistent with our brand’s visual identity and local Brazilian gaming culture.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and enhance design concepts.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, while also troubleshooting UI/UX issues.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and product performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the iGaming industry.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or digital services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Knowledge of design principles (e.g., typography, color theory, layout) and user-centered design.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms, with an understanding of responsive design.
• Solid understanding of usability, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English communication skills are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
