Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for XPU performance enhancement.
2. Define the XPU physical design strategy to meet design goals.
3. Work with the front-end design team to finalize the chip planning and design implementation strategy.
4. Guide the physical implementation team to complete the XPU layout.
5. Be in charge of conducting research on the physical implementation methodology of the XPU high-speed design based on the advanced process, which includes process performance analysis, physical implementation strategy, joint XTCO optimization, and benchmark performance analysis.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or higher in electronics, communications, computer science, or a related field.
2. Extensive knowledge of XPU microarchitecture design and performance optimization.
3. Worked on the back-end physical implementation and verification of large designs.
4. Led the end-to-end development and tapeout of two or more CPU/GPU/NPU systems, ensuring that the core PPA indicators are state of the art when compared to products of the same generation and process in the industry.
5. Experience with the physical implementation of high-performance, energy-efficient designs, and have good knowledge in advance XTCO co-optimization methods.
6. Fast learner who is continually pushing the boundaries and eager to try new approach.
7. Strong ability to collaborate at all levels, have professional work ethics and have a positive mindset.
