Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Russian-speaking region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

2. Gain a deep understanding of the needs of target customers, develop and optimize sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

3. Maintain and expand customer relationships, establish and continuously optimize the customer relationship network.

4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of the sales process.

5. Participate in market research and analysis, stay updated with market trends, and provide insights for company decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of sales or marketing experience in related fields, with a preference for candidates with successful case studies.

3. Proficiency in sales techniques, market strategies, and customer relationship management methods.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, and a team-oriented spirit.

5. Deep understanding and interest in the Northeast European market, with a high market sensitivity.

6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think independently and a passion for tackling challenging problems.
