Position name:Product Manager
5.1 Role
Responsible for managing the overall lifecycle of the company's crane product line, including product planning, development, promotion, and sales support. This position requires close attention to the needs and trends of the European market, collaboration with the R&D team to develop new products, and cooperation with the sales team to implement sales strategies to ensure the competitiveness and continuous growth of products in the market.
5.2 Responsibilities
- Research and analyze the demand and competition of the crane market in Europe, and develop product plans and development plans that meet market needs.
- Manage the overall lifecycle of the crane product line, including product pricing, market positioning, product promotion, and sales channels.
- Work closely with the R&D team, participate in the product design and development process to ensure that the product meets customer needs and market standards.
- Coordinate marketing activities and sales support, including exhibitions, advertising, promotional materials, etc., to increase brand awareness and product sales.
- Monitor sales data and market feedback, analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, and adjust product strategies and promotion plans in a timely manner.
- Coordinate communication and cooperation with the sales team and channel partners to support them in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly report market conditions, product sales, and promotion effectiveness to management, and provide improvement suggestions and business growth strategies.
5.3 Requirements
- in Engineering or related fields, with a background in crane machinery industry and relevant experience.
- More than 5 years of work experience in crane product management or marketing promotion, experience in the European market is preferred.
- Familiar with the crane demand and regulatory standards in the European market, with market analysis and product positioning capabilities.
- Excellent team management and project coordination abilities, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Good spoken and written English proficiency, proficiency in other official languages of the European Union is a plus.
- Possess business acumen and market insight, able to seize market opportunities and formulate effective marketing promotion strategies.
