Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.

Provide tailored consultations to clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.

Develop a thorough understanding of hiring partners and improve recruitment best practices.

Work with candidates to identify the best job fits while managing priorities efficiently.

Track and manage high-volume hiring processes, providing guidance and gathering feedback.

Assist candidates at all stages of the interview process.

Requirements:

Familiarity with the talent market and recruitment in Southeast Asia, Europe, and other regions.

Strong ability to understand job positions and effectively search for target candidates through various channels beyond LinkedIn.

Rich end-to-end recruitment experience with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Availability of at least 4 hours per day for recruitment searches, with a personal computer and stable internet connection.

Salary models:

1.Commission Only: Commission structure: (Placement fees-VAT)*Rate%), clients usually pay our company after the candidate passes the 3-6 month probation period, and then we will settle all commissions for successfully closed positions at one time.

2. Pay day: Payment of each qualification period will be made on the 10( h) day of the next month
