Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Brazilian market,
focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including performance marketing, influencer
campaigns, content, SEO, CRM, and social media.
• Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital (Google, Meta, programmatic),
offline (TV, OOH, radio), partnerships, and local sponsorships.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer support teams to ensure consistent
messaging and user experience.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs, produce performance reports, and adjust strategies
accordingly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory
requirements relevant to marketing in the iGaming sector.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with local agencies, affiliates, influencers, and media
outlets.
Requirements
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the gaming,
sports betting, or digital entertainment industry.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian online gaming landscape, consumer behavior, and
digital marketing trends.
• Proven success in customer acquisition and brand growth in Brazil.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance-based marketing (CPA, CPL, ROI
tracking).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a hands-on attitude.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
