We are looking for a flexible, versatile, enthusiastic marketer who will be responsible for growing inbound sales channels.
Marketing Manager responsibilities are:
1、Achieve local market sales targets in accordance with company performance requirements, ensuring steady growth in performance;
2、Establish and maintain local channel development, build a stable and beneficial distribution network, and increase market share overseas;
3、Develop local channel customers and achieve sell-in shipment targets;
4、Timely handle local customer inquiries, quotations, shipments, pre-sales training, after-sales services, and other daily business operations to enhance customer satisfaction;
5、Fully understand the local market situation, proactively explore potential customer leads, and reserve high-quality customer resources;
6、Periodically report market conditions to the company based on business development progress and requirements, formulate feasible and effective sales strategies and business plans;
7、Collect local market feedback and user opinions, investigate market and industry competitor information, provide constructive suggestions for optimizing and developing company products, and facilitate the company in formulating more reasonable product and market strategies;
8、Assist the marketing department in developing and implementing local market marketing activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence, and facilitate the achievement of sales performance.
Marketing Manager requirements are:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language;
2. Deep understanding and cognition of robot products, experience in the robot, smart hardware, smart wearable, and related industries is preferred;
3. Excellent negotiation skills, strong business negotiation skills, ability to understand customer needs and provide timely and accurate responses;
4. Experience in overseas exhibitions, familiar with the planning and operation of various online and offline marketing activities, with successful cases being advantageous;
5. Good psychological quality, strong ability to withstand pressure, skilled in teamwork, strong motivation and self-learning ability, capable of managing processes and goals effectively in personal work.
