As the Country HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing local HR infrastructure while aligning practices with local labor laws and global standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, and fostering cross-cultural integration within a growing international team.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of full-spectrum HR management experience
  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian
  • A CIPD certification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an international or multinational company
