Overseas Technical Support (France)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical documentation for energy storage products and handle customer technical inquiries.
- Conduct customer training, oversee on-site installation and commissioning of products, and address product issues.
- Follow up on customer quality issues.
- Coordinate with partner suppliers to ensure products meet customer and market requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Automation.
- At least 1 year of experience with energy storage products, familiar with mainstream markets.
- Proficiency in French and English as working languages, with strong communication and coordination skills.
