Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales and promotion of telescopic boom products in the U.S. market.

Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, providing professional product consultation and services.

Gather market information and conduct competitor analysis to provide references for product improvement and marketing strategies.

Manage the sales team, guiding team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Over 3 years of sales experience in related industries, with a background in marine engineering equipment sales preferred.

Familiar with the U.S. market, with good market insight and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Good team management and leadership abilities.

Fluent in English communication, proficiency in a second language is preferred.
