Employment Type:Part-Time (2 hours daily)

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans.

- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to ensure continued progress.

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based techniques into treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and patient care practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
