Job Description

·Establishes professional, productive and collaborative relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts with deep insights and supportive solutions for the business of the clients.

·Leads solution development efforts that best address the clients’ needs and requirements. Coordinates the involvement of the company’s supporting departments with productive solutions to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

·Meets assigned targets for sales and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

·Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

·Cooperates with partner organizations to meet the targets on the end clients in coordination with partner sales resources. Develops effective channel policies of engagement. Manages potential channel conflicts by fostering excellent consensus internally and externally.

Skills/Experiences required:

·Local national and English speaking

·Bachelor' s Degree.

·Strong communication skills.

·Willing to grow up and learning. Strong capability in studying new technology application and building business insights.

·Minimum 5 years work experience. Experience in 2B service sales, financial sector technology sales or AI application shall be a plus.
