Job Description:
As a Sports Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of sports-related injuries. You will develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each client's needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques to ensure optimal recovery and performance enhancement. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose sports-related injuries using clinical evaluation techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, proper training techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall health and performance.
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
- Certification in Sports Physical Therapy or a related specialty is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports rehabilitation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to sports injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their health and performance goals.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
