Position name:Project Manager

4.1 Role

Responsible for leading and managing the company's crane product development projects in the European region, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and meeting product specifications and quality standards. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, quality control, etc., to achieve product development goals and drive innovation.

4.2 Responsibilities

- Develop European crane product R&D project plans and schedules to ensure project objectives and delivery timelines are achieved.

- Manage project teams, including engineers, designers, and technical personnel, guiding them to complete various tasks and project phases.

- Track project progress and budgets, promptly identifying and resolving issues and challenges that may affect project progress.

- Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including internal teams, European regional branches, suppliers, and partners, to ensure smooth project execution.

- Ensure that the project complies with company quality standards and regulatory requirements, overseeing product design, testing, and validation processes.

- Review and evaluate project progress, reporting project status and risks to management and stakeholders.

- Ensure project compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including safety, environmental, and intellectual property requirements.

- Participate in defining product specifications and functionalities, proposing technical recommendations and innovative solutions to meet the needs of the European market.

- Continuously monitor industry trends and technological innovations, providing the company with product development direction and strategic recommendations.

4.3 Requirements

- in Engineering or related fields, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Management backgrounds.

- Extensive work experience in the crane industry or related fields, with a preference for candidates with experience in product development or project management.

- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, leading, supervising, and controlling.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and communication with teams in the European region.

- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to assess product requirements from both technical and market perspectives and propose corresponding solutions.

- Familiarity with product development processes and engineering design software such as CAD, SolidWorks, etc. Fluent in spoken and written English, with proficiency in other European languages being advantageous.
