Ketua Pegawai Projek Kejuruteraan Hartanah

Taipan Group Holdings merupakan salah satu konglomerat terbesar di Kemboja, yang terutamanya beroperasi dalam tiga bidang utama: pembangunan hartanah, perkhidmatan kewangan, dan perkhidmatan pengguna.

Jawatan ini adalah kontrak langsung dengan syarikat, berpangkalan di ibu negara Kemboja, Phnom Penh. Bahasa Inggeris dan Cina digunakan sebagai bahasa kerja.

Tanggungjawab Jawatan:

  1. Merangka pelan pembangunan projek mengikut strategi pembangunan kumpulan; menyusun matlamat strategik kumpulan, menetapkan tugas-tugas kerja fasa-fasa dan mengawasi pelaksanaannya; mengarahkan kerja-kerja jabatan kejuruteraan bagi setiap projek.
  2. Bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan dan meneliti peraturan-peraturan pengurusan projek kejuruteraan, serta mengawasi pelaksanaan peraturan-peraturan dan pelan kerja.
  3. Memimpin penyediaan maklumat untuk mesyuarat kelulusan seperti permulaan pembinaan dan penilaian selepas penyiapan projek; meneliti dan mengawasi pelaksanaan pelan pembangunan projek secara keseluruhan; menilai cadangan teknikal dan pelan pembinaan bagi projek-projek khusus.
  4. Mengatur pemeriksaan berkala terhadap kemajuan projek, mengawal peristiwa utama seperti permulaan, penutupan kerangka utama, penyelesaian projek, dan penerimaan siap; bertanggungjawab terhadap kualiti, keselamatan, dan kemajuan pembinaan projek.
  5. Bertanggungjawab untuk menilai dan meluluskan pembayaran bayaran projek, rundingan dan visa teknikal, pengurusan dokumen teknikal dan surat-menyurat luar.
  6. Memimpin koordinasi organisasi bagi bahagian pembangunan projek kejuruteraan, memastikan penyambungan dan pelaksanaan lancar pelan pembangunan projek.
  7. Mengurus pembinaan, pengurusan, latihan, dan penilaian pasukan kejuruteraan, serta memberi cadangan mengenai kenaikan pangkat, ganjaran, dan hukuman.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • According to the group's development strategy, formulate engineering project development plans; decompose the group's strategic goals, issue phased tasks and supervise their implementation; guide the work of each project engineering department
  • Responsible for compiling and reviewing various rules and regulations for project management, and supervising the implementation of various systems and the implementation of work plans
  • Lead the preparation of materials required for approval meetings such as project start-up and post-completion evaluation; review the overall development and construction progress plan of the project, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the overall development and construction plan; review the technical plan and construction plan of major special projects, Ensure the smooth progress of the work of the Engineering Department
  • Regularly organize and inspect the progress of the project, and control major nodes such as the start of the main body of the development project, the capping of the main body, the completion of the project, and the completion acceptance; take leadership responsibility for the quality, safety, and progress of the project construction
  • Responsible for reviewing, signing and approving project payment, project negotiation and visa, important project management and technical documents and external letters pieces
  • Responsible for team building, management, training, and assessment of engineering personnel, and put forward suggestions for promotion, rewards, and punishments

Job Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry with senior managerial skills.
  • Have rich experience in engineering management and control of the whole process of commercial projects, and familiar with the engineering management mode of residential business
  • Familiar with project development and construction policies, regulations, processes, norms, standards, control points and key points, and have experience in project management throughout the process
  • Personally compiled or participated in the preparation of the overall plan of two or more development and construction projects and the monitoring and management of plan implementation
  • High planning management and organization ability, good team management and organization ability, strong safety management, quality management and cost management ability
  • Strong ability to resist pressure, excellent communication, execution and strong sense of responsibility.

Chinese and English can be preferred as a working language
